We named this course “On Stage” because in the hospitality business, staff and management--and their environment--must always be “show ready”…because they are always 'on stage'!
Whether at a private club, a public golf course, a casino, hotel, resort, restaurant, or anywhere else—this course will help users understand what it means to be on stage, and how to perform like a STAR while still keeping the focus on the customer or member.
The course is broken down into five main sections:
By the end of the course learners will understand their role as a memory-maker for their guests, and how to put on the kind of performance that will keep them coming back again and again.
